Shipments & Returns
The parcel is sent with courier service, whose is generally by SEUR (of DPD Group) after receipt of payment from our client (¨you¨ refereeing to our client in the rest text) to a complete and correct shipping address, which you shall have provided us in the time of registering at our online store. A shipment will be notified to our courier within 24/48 hours without holidays either weekend included, to pick up at our facility once we have verified the payment from you.
The shipping fees are 24,90€ to Europe (euro zone), except Portugal which are 9,90€ and Croatia, Denmark and Greece which are 29,90€ and also except Norway, Finland and Sweden which are 49,90€.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and shipping itself.
You´ll be notified of a shipment by email or mobile phone, as well as its tracking number for checking later on the carrier's website, in case that it is available.
You´ll be confirmed on the dispatch of your order after we receive your payment.
We only accept returns for new items within 14 calendar days and as long as they are in the same condition as we sold them. Any item which is handled by you will lose all its warranty.
In case of any incident or return request, please contact us by providing us by email with your order number and any other necessary information to check the status of an item or all of the order, which should not have been handled at all for returns. We will assign you a return number then and proceed a collection of the article/s, prior our acceptance.
You have 14 calendar days to return the purchase, since the day you receive it. In the event that the return is simply due to dissatisfaction with your purchase, or an error in the purchase of an item without having got any damage or defect, you should have to bear the cost of returning to our facility. On the other hand, if the delivery of the purchase has been damaged or defective due to manufacturing, the returning cost will be assumed by us.
